Return & Exchange Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your order. This gives you adequate time to inspect and test your lighting products.
Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- In original packaging with all included materials
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
- Free from any damage, scratches, or signs of installation
⚠️ Non-Returnable Products
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened or used LED bulbs (BR20, BR30, BR40, MR11, MR16 series)
- Installed downlights and ceiling fixtures
- Custom or special order items
- Products with removed packaging or damaged security seals
Please test your bulbs immediately upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours if you encounter any issues with unopened products.
Step-by-Step Return Process
- Submit Return Request: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
- Receive Authorization: We will respond within 24-48 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging with the RMA number clearly visible
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our warehouse address (provided with your RMA authorization)
- Processing: Allow 3-5 business days for processing once we receive your return
Refund Information
Refund Processing Time: 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:
- Visa, MasterCard, JCB: 5-7 business days (depending on your bank)
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Process
For exchanges to a different product:
- Follow the same return process outlined above
- Clearly state the product you wish to exchange for in your return request
- We will process the exchange once we receive your returned item
- You will be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs
